Austin Wilson // Photography

I’m studying Marketing and Bible at Grace College. I’m passionate about visual storytelling, documentation, and connection.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in clientele relations. Nurturing those relationships in my work looks like providing creative photography and some video, conducting personal interviews with members of the community, supporting our writers with those projects, and being a friendly, trusted face (with a camera) in the Winona Lake community.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in Marketing. While as of now my current experience is in the agency- I am open to exploring opportunities within the corporation or agency setting.I believe my skillset and education fits well for both the creative and the technical side of marketing.
Something on my bucket list is to watch the last week of the Tour de France in person and cycle a few of the stages.

Lizzy West // Writing

I’m studying English at Grace College. I’m passionate about working alongside writers and content creators to help their work reach its full potential and audience. I love interviewing people to learn about their stories and experiences.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience by working with multiple clients to create, ghostwrite, or edit marketing content. One of my favorite parts of my job is crafting blogs, newsletters, and emails that reflect each client’s voice and share their vision.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in editing and publishing, particularly within the marketing or the book publishing industry.
If I could travel anywhere tomorrow, I would choose New Zealand.

Carleigh Blevins // Social Media

I’m studying Digital Communication at Grace College. I’m passionate about being creative and helping people’s visions come to life through meaningful and engaging content.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’ve gained valuable skills and experience that will help me excel in my field after I graduate, and I’m incredibly thankful for that. I’ve learned what it means to communicate effectively and work as a team, as well as direct ads and edit photos, videos, and captions so they are entertaining, engaging, and informative.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in content creation within a company that values creativity and is Christ-centered. I’m passionate about photography and videography and would love to incorporate them into my work.
A small thing that always makes my day better is ice cream! I am a big-time ice cream lover, and I always find excuses as to why I deserve to get some.

Luke Phillips // Project Management

I’m studying Marketing at Grace College. I’m passionate about connecting with others and to create meaningful content that makes an impact.
Through working with Grace Solutions, I am developing skills videography, communication and leadership while helping effectively communicate brand message.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in Marketing where I can help brands grow and succeed through strategic and creative content.
If I had to give a 5-Minute TED talk, it would be about how life is short and the importance of building strong relationships with family and friends.

Jackson Weaver // Videography

I’m a student at Warsaw Community High School. I’m passionate about telling the story behind the moment with video production.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m working with clients and building a story with videos that fit their brand. This allows me to gain experience in customer relations, video production, podcast production, and more!
I’m hoping to pursue a career in the sports information industry. My goal is to film and create fast paced videos for professional teams in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. What I am learning currently allows me to build skills that is used in this profession.
One thing people are surprised to learn about me is that I am still in high school.

Rylee Burns // Graphic Design

I’m studying Visual Communication Design and Biblical Studies at Grace College. I’m passionate about bringing ideas to life through intentional visual storytelling, brand design, and photography.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in interacting with clients with a Christ-centered mindset. This includes learning how to ask the right questions to understand my clients needs and desires so that I can create the best work for them that highlights who they are.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in freelance graphic design or graphic design within a Christian organization.
My favorite local spot is a small Indian restaurant in downtown Warsaw called Biryani’s. It has the best, authentic Indian food and their butter chicken with naan bread is my comfort meal!

Lukas Nier // Writing

I study Sports management at Grace College. I’m passionate about storytelling and sports.
Through my work at Grace Solutions I am gaining experience in writing, editing, and interviewing while communicating with others.
I am hoping to pursue a career in event management or marketing as a writer and editor.
Something still on my bucket list is to one day take the Eurail Pass, a train ride through 33 countries.

Leah Heim // Writing

I’m studying Digital Marketing at Grace College. I’m passionate about using my creativity to tell stories and help brands succeed in a meaningful way.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in writing and editing, while also learning how to create content that connects with audiences and supports my team’s goals.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in Digital Marketing where I can combine my creativity with my passion for helping others.
My current favorite hobby (or obsession) is mountain biking. I love the adrenaline rush and being outdoors.

Isaiah Sorenson // Photography

I am studying photography at Grace college. I am fascinated with the study of light and how cameras can capture and explore light in unique and unexplored ways.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in: lighting, staging, composing, creating, and dreaming up unique and beautiful images.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in photography. I am mainly working in event and architecture photography but I would also like to branch out into wedding and free lance work at some point.
Something on my bucket list is to enter and claim a top spot in the Hasselblad Masters competition. It is one of the most prestigious photography competitions in the world and every two years thousands of incredible photographers enter trying to make their mark. Being able to even get mentioned in this competition is a dream of mine and I am hoping this internship will help foster the skills to make this dream a reality.

Kassidee Nicodemus // Social Media

I’m studying Digital Marketing at Grace College. I’m passionate about using digital marketing to express creativity and combine business strategy with personal development. I’m especially interested in branding and how strong messaging can influence how people can connect.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in writing/editing, video creation, graphic design, and creating content that pushes the team’s goals.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in Digital Marketing/Social Media Strategy. I believe that this specific path will allow me to not only give a platform to connect with others, but also express creativity. I love that Marketing allows for some freedom in how you get your message across – this is not only through your words, but through how you display your content. It’s a field that takes constant learning, and thinking outside of the box – which is exactly why I chose it!
I have too many hobbies to count, but my current favorites are horseback riding, snowboarding, hiking, tennis, painting, and piano! (fun fact: I’ve been playing piano since I was 3 years old!)

I’m studying Youth and Family Ministry at Grace College. I am very passionate about leading and discipling the younger generation and I’m very passionate about photography, especially concerts and live music.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in client management and how to work as a partner and a team with clients and other creatives.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in vocational youth ministry or a touring photographer in the Christian music industry!
The most random job or experience I’ve ever had was working for a Princess Parties Company where I would dress up like Disney characters or superheroes and going to birthday parties and events.

Luke Schramm // Graphic Design

I’m studying Visual Communication Design at Grace College. I’m passionate about creating and designing pieces that convey meaning and invite others to connect with and appreciate visual art.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in designing for clients, learning how to connect with them, and meeting their needs. I am also building valuable design and teamwork skills as I go through the creative process alongside supervisors and other designers.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in graphic design. I can see myself starting as a designer, hopefully within a marketing agency, which would bring a wide variety of projects to test and grow my skills. In the future I may look to start my own freelance agency or work up to become an art director.
If I could travel anywhere tomorrow, I’d go somewhere warm and by the ocean. I love spending time at the beach with friends and exploring the outdoors.

Noah Askew // SEO

I’m studying Sports Management at Grace College. I am passionate about athletics and using sports to reach the unreached and grow the younger generation physically and spiritually.
Through my work at Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in Search Engine Optimization and keyword research as well as website development and content creation across all different types of platforms. I have also enjoyed working with the local partners of Grace Solutions in Winona Lake/Warsaw and getting first hand experience on how these companies run their operation in our city.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in a business related role for an MLB team or any other pro sports team. I could see myself enjoying roles in marketing, management, or data analytics and getting to experience the behind the scenes work of any sports organization.
My current favorite hobby outside of my sport is pickleball, I enjoy playing with friends in my free time.

Ty McPhatter // Graphic Design

I’m studying Visual Communication Design at Grace College. I’m passionate
about creating and designing Visual art that people and communities can enjoy!
Through my work with Grace solutions, I’m gaining experience in different adobe programs to create designs that meet the needs of clients as well as gaining teamwork skills working with a wide array of professionals and peers.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in Sports Photography. I would like to go to big sports games and matches and be able to take photos and also make graphics for the teams.
My Favorite local spot would have to be The River. It’s really close and has a wide variety of Coffee and food. It’s also a great spot to get some homework done. My personal Favorite coffee there has to be their Love You Latte. It’s a White chocolate Latte with Strawberry cold foam.

I’m studying Digital Communications at Grace College. I’m passionate about being creative and bringing visions to life behind meaningful content.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in my communication skills by communicating with other companies and my co-workers as well as gaining a better understanding with my creative skills.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in content creation with a faith based company!
A small thing that always makes my day better is talking to Jesus and getting my the word daily!

I’m studying Digital Marketing at Grace College. I’m passionate about creativity, branding, and how businesses can connect with people through social media and storytelling.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and working with a team to bring ideas to life.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in digital marketing, ideally working with sports brands or companies where I can combine marketing with my love for soccer.
If I could travel anywhere tomorrow, I’d go to Colombia to spend time with my family and reconnect with my roots.

Elizabeth Fruend // Graphic Design

I’m studying Visual Communication Design at Grace College. I’m passionate about connecting with people and being creative in any and every way.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining real-world experience by woking with clients in various industries. Some of the skills I have learned through working the office include videography, video editing, social media content creation, podcast production, and graphic design.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in marketing and graphic design. My current work consists mostly of videography and social media and advertising  content creation, but I’ve recently expanded into more graphic design projects. The skills I have gained from working at Grace have made me a more well-rounded student and employee.
The most random job or experience I’ve ever had is creating a small business with my mom. Together, we run a small boutique style stand at various farmers markets every summer. We sells handmade goods including bracelets, jewelry, keychains, stickers, and more! It’s such a blast!

Damaris Salcedo // SEO

I’m studying Marketing with a minor in Pre-Law at Grace College. I’m passionate about leadership, continuous learning, and connecting with people.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining hands-on experience in search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), and the impact of artificial intelligence. I have also learned more about social media and had the opportunity to work with an outside company to bring their vision to life.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in law, whether that is on the it be on the marketing side of legal services or as a lawyer. Ultimately, my goal is to work closely with others and grow in a role where I can grow and make a meaningful impact.
If I had to give a 5-minute TED Talk, it would be about empowering others and unlocking your full potential. You can absolutely become whomever you want to be because you have full control over your body, mind, language, and attitude. Unlock that potential, be confident, and use it to empower future generations.

Olivia Seeburger // Social Media

I am currently studying Communications here at Grace College. I’m passionate about using my creative skills to bring new ideas to life and to always approach things with an open mind.
Through my work in Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in using digital platforms to make creative content. Also, in communicating with many different groups of people to make projects happen.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in either social media marketing or broadcasting.
If I had to give a 5-minute TED Talk, it would be about disability awareness!

Thomas Alejado // Videography

I’m studying Photography at Grace College with a minor in Marketing. I’m passionate about sports and live music and showcasing the energy involved with both.
Through my work with Grace Solutions, I’m gaining experience in all areas of Photography and Videography. From Medical instrument photoshoots to social media videos about Ice Cream, I never know what I’m going to film/photograph next.
I’m hoping to pursue a career in Videography and/or Photography with a focus on Professional sports. My dream is to photograph the Olympics in any way shape or form, but the indoor mens volleyball in particular.
One thing people are surprised to learn about me is that I love Metal Music of all kinds. I have seen Metallica, Slipknot, Lamb of God, Megadeath, Lorna Shore, Gojira, Knocked loose, and many more live in concert.
