Important message regarding application forms and reference forms:
All forms are fillable PDFs which can be completed electronically. However, the forms need to be downloaded to your computer before entering your information on the forms. If you attempt to complete the forms within your web browser, your information will not save properly and the forms will be blank when you submit them to us. Please download the forms, enter your information, save to your computer, then attach to an email.

Two employment/professional references are required as well as a spiritual life reference. The format for the employment/professional references can be the form shown below OR a reference letter. However, the only acceptable format for the spiritual life reference is the form shown below.
Completed forms can be sent directly to the Human Resource Department by email to employment@grace.edu. If you need to mail your reference forms, you can mail them to 200 Seminary Drive, Winona Lake, IN 46590 Attn: Human Resources.
