Strategic Goals

The Grace College and Grace Theological Seminary strategy is simple yet powerful: We integrate deep spiritual growth and meaningful community engagement in everything we do. In doing so, we’re shaping Christ-followers who will positively influence the world. We believe our students are Created for More and we will mentor them to thrive spiritually (character), excel academically (competence), and make a lasting impact in their communities (service).

Created for Community

We will create sustainable Centers of Excellence where students will be mentored by faculty and staff as they engage in academic research and service to our community.

We will multiply our academic, professional, and spiritual mentoring opportunities to improve knowledge and community.

We will establish physical homes for each academic school and increase/improve gathering spaces for students.

Created for Knowledge

We will invigorate our academic programming by establishing an office of teaching and learning excellence and by committing to ongoing faith integration, cross-cultural competence, and stewardship of AI technologies, all based on a biblical foundation.

We will reinforce our emphasis on STEM, health, and business professions as the primary means of growing our traditional student population.

We will launch new graduate, undergraduate, and micro-credentialing courses to grow our non-traditional learner population.

We will strengthen financial stability by cultivating non-student revenue streams and maximizing institutional assets.

We will pay off debt to free up margin for ongoing operations and capital investment.

We will invest in our community to benefit our neighbors and our campus through initiatives aligned with Catalyst Corridor, achieving long-term community and campus impact.
