GSCA Accountability Framework

GSCA Accountability Framework

Our commitment to excellence and transparency is reflected in the way we assess the overall
effectiveness of the charter schools we authorize. Our Accountability Performance Framework,
comprised of academic, financial and organizational indicators, serves as a robust tool for evaluating
school performance. To gain a holistic understanding, we employ a multifaceted approach. Information
is gathered through reports, site visits, and meticulous reviews of financial data. This approach allows us
to make informed and fair assessments.

We understand the importance of a comprehensive assessment process to ensure the success and well-
being of the students at the charter schools we authorize. Our Accountability Performance Framework
guides our evaluations, focusing on key indicators that are crucial for the overall effectiveness of the
charter schools. As a result, we are able to provide each school and stakeholders with the necessary
support and guidance to fulfill its mission and contribute meaningfully to the educational landscape.

Striking a balance between school autonomy and our obligation to protect student and public interests
is a cornerstone of our approach. We believe in fostering a relationship with our schools that allows for
them to innovate while also ensuring the safety and well-being of the students and the communities.

Requirements, and our annual reports. These resources are designed to provide a comprehensive
