Our Programs

Student Programs

The Gordon Center for Enterprise Development provides programs to grow the entrepreneurial skills of Grace College students to equip them with the skills to tackle the business challenges of today and the future.

Lancer Labs

Based on design thinking and human-centered design, Lancer Labs allows students to research and design products and services, launch new businesses or grow existing enterprises. Be it through industry partnerships where students work in collaboration with partner firms or with their own original ideas, Lancer Labs provides students with the skills to develop winning products and services.

Student Run Businesses

Grace College is creating a portfolio of student run businesses where students from all disciplines have the opportunity to operate and grow for-profit businesses on the Grace College Campus. Students take ownership of operations, customer service, marketing, sales and finance. The inaugural student run business is Grace Water Testing providing our community with the highest quality drinking water testing.

Business Plan Competition

The annual business plan is a culmination of a semester-long journey to build an investor ready business plan for new or existing businesses. Students deliver a written business plan and a presentation to a panel of non-faculty judges competing for $10,000+ in funds to grow their business.

High School Entrepreneurship

In partnership with the Free Enterprise Leadership Challenge students from resigning 9th graders to graduating seniors participate in a five-day residential summer program immersive entrepreneurial experience. Additionally the Gordon Center partners with local high school entrepreneurship programs within high schools within Kosciusko County.
