This three-day immersive experience challenges attendees to examine the "why" behind their leadership. Starting with a foundational look at organizational culture, moving through real-world case studies, and incorporating a practical service project, participants will leave not just with new ideas, but with a blueprint for making life—and leadership—better.
Upon registration, every attendee will receive three essential texts that serve as the intellectual cornerstone of the conference:

Bill Yeargin is a thought leader, CEO, board member, global traveler (110 countries), innovator, and culture evangelist. He has authored nine books including the best sellers Education of a CEO and Faith Leap. Bill has shared leadership insights in innumerable articles and columns for over three decades and has been a popular speaker at hundreds of events on six continents.
Brant is an author of several bestselling books, including Unoffendable, and a syndicated radio host on more than 200 stations. His podcast, “The Brant and Sherri Oddcast” has more than 20 million downloads. He’s been featured many times on outlets like Focus on the Family, Family Life Today, and Good Morning America. Brant and wife Carolyn live in South Florida.
Drew C. Scholl is the Founder and CEO of Leaders on Fire and a licensed consultant with 7th Gen Consulting. With over 25 years as a mission-driven entrepreneur, business owner, and former overseas missionary, Drew equips leaders to go All In—integrating Jesus into their leadership and helping family businesses build enduring, multi-generational legacies.
Jason Lippert is the third-generation leader of LCI Industries, a publicly traded company reaching $5.1B in revenue in 2022 with 15,000+ team members world-wide serving the RV, marine, and other recreational and specialty vehicle markets. He’s passionate about the development of their people through leadership development, core values, and philanthropic initiatives. Since 2003, Jason has been the company’s CEO with a focus on building strong teams, bettering communities, and growing the company with new product innovations. Jason has been passionate about finding creative ways to move the needle around culture and leadership and influencing others on how business can be a force for good in our world.
Zach Hutcheson is Chief Executive Officer at Correct Craft, a 101-year-old company with global operations. Zach co-authored the national best selling book Mindset Matters: The Correct Craft Way, which explores Correct Craft’s unique culture of “Making Life Better” and the mental frameworks that helped transform Correct Craft into one of the industry’s most respected companies.
Janie Waldron is the Chief Administrative Officer at Ambassador Enterprises, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience across operations, business development, and strategic administration. Having served as the CAO of SOLV Holdings, President of Bomag Group, and CEO of SOLV Products, she brings boardroom credibility and a servant leader’s heart to every role she steps into.
