This three-day immersive experience challenges attendees to examine the "why" behind their leadership. Starting with a foundational look at organizational culture, moving through real-world case studies, and incorporating a practical service project, participants will leave not just with new ideas, but with a blueprint for making life—and leadership—better.

Upon registration, every attendee will receive three essential texts that serve as the intellectual cornerstone of the conference:

  • Mindset Matters: The Correct Craft Way
  • Economics of Higher Purpose

$1795 includes two nights hotel accommodations, all meals, and course resources, preconference access to an online classroom.
