Postpartum mothers need rest and recovery after the delivery of their child, but research has also shown how beneficial physical activity is in aiding the recovery process. Childbearing can sometimes derail women’s attempts to adhere to exercise programs and engage in vigorous exercise, but we believe that exercise can actually fit perfectly into the recovery process for postpartum mothers, meeting the needs of the mother personally.

There are significant concerns of postpartum health that we aim to address through postpartum exercise, including correct breathing, pelvic floor health, and rectus diastasis.
