•Receive welcome packet, pick up keys and move into rooms

4:15 – 4:45 pm
Welcome Reception | Westminster Welcome Center
•Mandatory for first-year and transfer students
•Commuter students check-in — receive welcome packet
•Students — meet with first-year or transfer staff

4:45 – 5:45 pm
Introductions & Dinner | Westminster Banquet Room
•Welcome and introductions for all students and parents
•Mandatory for first-year and transfer students
•Strongly encouraged for parents
•Optional for readmitted students

5:45 – 6:45 pm
Parent & Student Orientation | Westminster Banquet Room
•Mandatory for first-year and transfer students
•Strongly encouraged for parents
•Optional for readmitted students

7:00 pm -8:00 pm
A time to say goodbye (Parents Depart)

Activity with Res Life & Commuter Staff | Indiana Hall, Main Entrance
• First-year, transfer, and readmitted students

Students complete required items on check-list if not completed online before arriving at Grace. If you did not receive your ID at Orientation, please go to the Library as soon as possible to have one made.

•Take a quick drive through Warsaw/Winona to find the best coffee shops, groceries stores, and other helpful places! Meet outside Indiana Hall.

7:00 pm
Transfer Student Game Night
Student Involvement, Indiana Hall
•Join the transfer liaison for board games and snacks.

8:00 am
Classes Begin

Winter Warm Up | GHAWC
• Play games and win prizes in Alpha Lobby with Student Involvement as we kick off the spring semester! After you’re done, grab your best senior citizen outfit, sit with RedZone (Grace’s student section) and cheer on women’s and men’s basketball as we face our rival!

9:30 pm
All Hall Meetings
•Required informational meeting with RAs for residential students.

10:30 – 11:20 am
First Chapel of the Spring Semester
•President, Dr. Drew Flamm, will be speaking.
