Sports Management Major

As a sports management major, you’ll start with your core business classes, which are lecture-based and include interactive activities. As you gradually begin taking upper-level courses, you can expect discussion-based classes with group projects.

You’ll take courses such as Introduction to Sport Management, Marketing Principles, Foundations of Business, and Principles of Management for your core classes. Your concentration will determine your specialized courses. You may choose from concentrations in sport management specialization or communication and media arts.

At Grace College, we believe in providing students with internships to create well-trained, critical thinkers. For our sport management major, you may work in athletic departments or youth and adult leagues. You may even find a position in the sports department at Grace College!
