Management - Supply Chain Management Degree Concentration
As a supply chain management major at Grace, you’ll dive into the world of corporate leadership, preparing to serve an organization by managing incoming and outcoming materials, ensuring teams are coordinating to meet their quotas.
At Grace College, we believe that the purpose of business is to serve God through serving others. Management entails honoring other image-bearers by providing them with the resources to excel.
You’ll complete core business classes and business management major-specific courses throughout the degree. Your core courses will provide a foundation in business principles, such as marketing, economics, finance, and international business.
With a supply chain management concentration, you’ll take courses, both in person at Grace and online with partner schools, covering content such as logistics, sourcing, leadership and motivation, and behavior in organizations. The program will culminate in an advanced logistics management practicum.
There’s no education like hands-on learning, so you’ll also complete an internship or practicum to complete the degree. Warsaw, Indiana, is known as The Orthopedic Capital of the World®, and many of our students seeking internships take advantage of our connections with local orthopaedic businesses. You may also decide to intern at an organization in your hometown.
Whether you’re handling logistics, managing inventory and warehousing, or planning transportation, a supply chain management degree will equip you to excel in supply chain management in any business environment.
