The following renovations and new builds are opportunities to enhance community for our students, guests on campus, and the Warsaw and Winona Lake area.
As our campus continues to grow, so does the demand for additional student gathering spaces. While Grace remains committed to its focus on traditional research, we recognize the increasing need for new and dynamic community-centered learning areas.
We renovated the historic Westminster Hall, now home to the Butch and Sandy Shook Welcome Center, which serves as a front door for campus guests. This space introduces visitors to the Winona History Center, the Grace Gear campus store, and the renovated Rainbow Room banquet hall. This project, completed in summer 2025, is fully funded.
Fully funded through the Catalyst Corridor, this project increases the number of events the space can host and continues the facility’s long-standing tradition of holding several key community events in the picturesque Village at Winona. The auditorium recieved updated lighting, sound, flooring, window upgrades, seating and tables, and parking improvements.
