Ashlee Eda, BS '16, MS '17
Research Coordinator
Ashlee is a 2016 graduate of Grace College, with a bachelor's in educational ministries and biblical studies. She also holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Grace. In 2013, during her undergrad, Ashlee first joined Advancement as a switchboard operator. She continued working with the Advancement team, moving from switchboard to data entry to research coordinator, until she graduated with her bachelor's in May 2016. The tools, skills, and mentors she gained from working with the Advancement team, at Grace, started her on her career path in development and nonprofits. After graduating, she returned to her hometown and completed her Master's online. In December 2016, she joined Open Doors, a homeless shelter in Norwalk, CT, as the Fund Development and Database Coordinator. She transformed the donor database by adding researched information and developing simple ways for the whole team to access the information. Ashlee and her husband Sam were married in 2017 and welcomed their son, Hezekiah in 2019. Soon after, in February 2020, Ashlee left Open Doors. In September 2021, Ashlee accepted the opportunity to return to Grace College as the Research Coordinator in Advancement. Ashlee, Sam, and Hezekiah currently reside in Connecticut.
