Scholarships & Grants

Incoming first-time freshmen visit and interview on campus for additional scholarship opportunities. All student scholars that participate receive a minimum $1,000 per year scholarship. To learn more, go to www.grace.edu/scholar or talk with your Admissions Counselor.

Amount of Awards

• 1 President’s Scholarships – Full tuition
• 4 Trustee Scholarships – $100,000 ($25,000 per year)
• 8 Faculty Scholarships – $80,000 ($20,000 per year)
• 24 McClain Scholarships – $68,000 ($17,000 per year)
• Winona Merit Scholarships – $4,000 ($1,000 per year)

*At each of the four Presidential Scholarship Days, the following scholarships will be awarded within one week of the event: 1 Trustee Scholarship, 2 Faculty Scholarships, and 6 McClain Scholarships. These scholarships replace a student’s current Academic Scholarship and represent a significant increase in total scholarship support. Every student who participates will receive a minimum of $1,000 per year in additional scholarship. Following the final Presidential Scholarship Day, one full-tuition President’s Scholarship will be selected.

Meet TWO out of three requirements:

• 3.75 GPA
• Top 20% class rank
• Score 1230 SAT or 26 ACT

Eligibility Criteria

• Adjusted Gross Income ≤ $60,000 as calculated by the FAFSA
• Must be an Indiana resident with a 3.0 GPA
• Must qualify for full state and federal aid each year
• Must be accepted and full tuition awarded by May 1. Case-by-case consideration after May 1

• Must complete the FAFSA by the Indiana state deadline annually
• Renewable based on academic good standing at the end of each year

Amount of Award

• Up to $1,000 matching ($2,000 total) if church participation and student roster are submitted by February 28
• Up to $500 matching ($1,000 total) if church participation and student roster are submitted after February 28 and before August 1

Eligibility Criteria

• Athletic scholarships are available for baseball, bowling, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, esports, fishing, golf, rugby, shooting sports, soccer, softball, tennis, track and field, and volleyball

• Renewable based on academic good standing at the end of each year
• Participation in the sport at Grace College

• Must be a 21st Century Scholar
• Must qualify for full state and federal aid each year

• $5,000 (1,250 per year)

• Participation in a Charis Fellowship church
• Need-based consideration once student has applied and included Grace College on the FAFSA

• 3.7 – 3.99 GPA = $13,000 per year
• 3.0 – 3.69 GPA = $12,000 per year

• Based on a student’s financial need as determined by the FAFSA.
• The U.S. Department of Education pays the interest on a Direct Subsidized Loan while the student is enrolled.
• The student is responsible for paying the interest on a Direct Unsubsidized Loan during all periods.

More Information

• Federal work-study and other student positions on campus provide part-time employment while a student is enrolled that allows a student to prioritize education and earn significant funds.
• Financial need is not required for student positions on campus.
• Students can work up to 20 hours per week while classes are in session. Additional hours can be worked during school breaks.
• Requires application to one of 400+ student positions on campus.
• Students are paid per hour and the paycheck can be directly deposited to a bank account or student account.
