Pre Law Minor
If you have a passion for justice and are considering legal studies or work after undergraduate studies, the pre-law minor is for you.
At Grace, our pre law program is founded on the truth that God calls us to serve the underserved, speak for the voiceless, and act as agents of peace and justice in the world. You’ll gain valuable interdisciplinary skills with the knowledge that the end goal of every study is to serve our Creator well.
As a pre-law minor, you’ll take foundational courses in global politics, American government, and a specialization of your choosing. Whether you’re interested in criminal law, corporate law, or environmental law, you’ll be free to specialize in the areas that interest you.
Outside of the classroom, you may participate in the Mediation Club, Grace’s award-winning team that competes globally in mock conflict mediation. Many pre-law students also run for Student Senate, the team responsible for representing the student body and fostering change around campus.
When you graduate with a pre law minor, you’ll be prepared with the foundational skills to excel in the legal field. Graduates have gone on to enter graduate law studies as well as every kind of legal work, such as criminal law, civil law, and even legal mediation.
Pre Law is great for those who are:
