Management of Information Systems
With a bachelor’s in management of information systems at Grace College, you’ll be working in the realm of computer science, coding, software, and management. You’ll grow in your understanding of technology and how it helps organizations run.
In the School of Business, we view the Bible as our ultimate foundation. This means our purpose in business is to serve others around us. Biblical management means that whether we’re connecting with customers or supervising workers, we view our consumers and employees as image-bearers of God. In this growing field where humility is key, we work to glorify God by developing the attributes of character, integrity, service, and competency.
With a management of information systems major, you’ll take core business courses as well as major-specific courses. The business core includes classes in finance, business, and management, while your major-specific classes cover computer science, programming, and development.
As you explore the world of information systems, you will gain hands-on experience through an internship in areas such as information technology and digital product management.
You’ll graduate with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate technology solutions; integrate technology, processes, and people to manage data; and work with various companies to reach their specific goals.
