Friday, November 12
9:00am – 6:00pm Check-in and Registration
Upper Concourse Entrance, Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center MOCC (Map #3)
Check in when you arrive to receive your welcome packet and a registration wristband for the events. Â
9:00am – 10:30am Coffee
Hospitality Suite, MOCC (Map #3)
Connect with other families, members of the Parent Council and staff members over some coffee and light refreshments.
10:30am – 11:20am Grace Family Weekend Chapel
MOCC (Map #3)
Bring the entire family and join us in celebration and praise as we enjoy chapel together. Brent Mencarelli, Dean of the Chapel, will be sharing.
11:30am – 1:00pm Take your student to lunch
Alpha Dining Commons (Map #4) or Westy Grille (Map #22)
You are welcome to eat on campus or go off campus for a wide variety of food options. Â
1:00pm/3:00pm Grace Campus Tours
Mount Memorial (Map #20)
Take a campus tour with one of our student ambassadors, visit several key buildings and learn more about Grace College. Meet at the Admissions Office in Mount Memorial.
1:30pm/2:30pm Guided Tour of the Lilly Center for Lakes & Streams
Dr. Dane A. Miller Science Complex (Map #7)
Learn more about our local lakes and streams in Kosciusko County. Create your own watershed in an augmented-reality sandbox, color a bass or perch to see it swim in a virtual aquarium, or visit some of our live turtles, fish, salamanders, and frogs that live in our area! Meet at the front door of the Science Complex. Tours are limited to 15 people per tour.
3:30-5:00pm Cookie CrawlÂ
Westminster (Map #22), Beta (Map #9), Kent (Map #12), Omega (Map #13) and Alpha (Map #4)
Want to explore various dorms on campus as a family? Go to the lobbies of Westminster, Beta, Kent, Omega, and Alpha to have a look around, meet hall leadership and eat some cookies! Each lobby will feature a different cookie to taste!
5:00pm – 6:30pm Tailgate Dinner

Come take a Lancer Family photo with Sir Red and enjoy dinner together as you get ready to cheer on the Lancer basketball teams. Â
6:00pm Women’s Basketball Tournament

Grace College vs. IU East
Bring the entire family and cheer on the Lady Lancers as they play in the Hoops for Hope Tournament.
7:30 p.m. Grace’s Performance of The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon
Little Theater, Philathea (Map #6)
The fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm are turned on their heads in this fast-paced, rollicking ride as two narrators and several actors attempt to combine all 209 stories into one wild, free-form comedy with lots of audience participation and madcap fun. Advanced ticket required. Doors open at 7:00p.m.

Enjoy Grace Men’s Basketball as they play their first game in the Hoops for Hope Tournament.
9:00pm Family Movie Night

Bring the family and enjoy Guardians of the Galaxy (PG-13) with the rest of campus.
Saturday, November 13
9:45am President/Parent Prayer Brunch
Westminster East Banquet Room (Map #22)
An opportunity to enjoy brunch together with other parents, members of the Parent Council and staff. Senior Leadership will share some campus updates and lead us in times of prayer.  Please arrive by 9:45 for seating. The program begins at 10:00am.
2:00pm Men’s Basketball Tournament

Grace College vs. West Virginia Tech
Cheer on the Lancers as they play in the Hoops for Hope Tournament.
Optional Free Time Activities
- Shop the campus bookstore (Open Friday 10a-6p and Saturday 12-4p) / Gordon Health and Wellness Center (Map #18)
- Shop the stores in The Village at Winona Lake
- Visit the art exhibit at the Art Gallery, ‘Ecology Collages’ by artist Brenda Miller (Open Friday 10:30a-5p and Saturday 1-4p) / Mount Memorial Hall (Map #20)
- Visit the Winona History Center (Open Friday 2-5p and Saturday 1-5p) / Westminster Hall (Map #22)
- Walk the Winona Lake trails – self guided
