How many credit hours is the degree?

There are 20 required courses, for a total of 60 credit hours.

How long will it take to complete the degree?

Degree completion programs can be completed in as little as two years!

How long does each course last?

Each course is eight weeks long. The student will take two classes during each eight-week session.

Does Grace College accept Financial Aid?

Yes! Students are encouraged to complete the FAFSA form. Just log on to www.fafsa.ed.gov. Remember to include Grace College’s school code: 001800. How much interaction will I have with my instructors and classmates?

The online instructors here at Grace welcome and encourage a high degree of engagement and interaction. There will be opportunity to interact with your instructors and classmates through chat, email, discussion boards, and forums.

What type of technology will I need to participate in an online degree program?

You will need a computer with high bandwidth Internet access, a flash player and speakers. Some courses may have additional requirements; however, Grace online technology support is always available for technical questions.

How to Apply

In order to be considered for enrollment in the Associate Degree in Liberal Arts program at Grace, you must fulfill certain admission requirements. Below is a list of the requirements for the program.

  • College transcript, or High school transcript (or GED), if no college credit
  • 2.0 GPA is required for college or high school
  • Complete the application process

We recommend that you apply for admission at least one month before the next entry term. Students applying after the deadline are considered on a space available basis. It is best to apply early!

Admission Requirements

Online Application
After all parts of your application have been completed and received in our enrollment office, your application will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

Transcript Request
Request official transcripts from your high school or postsecondary institutions that you have attended. The transcripts must come directly from the school. Transcripts should be sent to admissions@grace.edu.

Acceptance Process
When all of the steps have been completed, you will be advised of the Admissions Committee’s decision. The Admissions Committee may request that you submit additional materials and/or that you interview with a representative of the College.

Enrollment Deposit
Upon acceptance, submit your $100 Enrollment Deposit to accept your offer of admission. Your $100 deposit will be credited to your student account. Welcome to the Grace College community!
