Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Students Create Bunk Beds for Children in Need

This summer, 16 students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering had the opportunity to make a difference in their community. Through a partnership with Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to building and delivering beds to children in need, students used their engineering skills to solve real-world problems.
