I love counseling and training new counselors to do the work that God is calling them to do. Building community in online spaces is a high interest for me, and helping students feel connected to each other and to their program is something I value. I also want to help students feel ready to work with all people, and navigating value conflicts and developing spiritual competency are areas of interest.

I enjoy my work, and sometimes think of my work as my hobby! I like to travel and learn about different cultures and people. I serve on an academic board and a service board that give me an opportunity to support others in different ways besides teaching.

“I really value the excellence of our program and the emphasis that we place on faith and spiritual development. It is a privilege to mentor our students and produce outstanding professional counselors.”
