Today’s guest is Zac Hess, Lead Pastor at Grace Polaris Church in Westerville, Ohio. He has been married to his wife, Sarah, for 13 years, and together they have four children. Before stepping into the role of Lead Pastor at Grace Polaris Church in February 2023, Zac served as the training pastor for 10 years, overseeing training courses, ministry internships, and pastoral residencies. He remains committed to fully embracing the church’s ongoing mission to honor God by multiplying devoted followers of Jesus through worship, community, training, and witness. Zac holds degrees from Grace College and Theological Seminary and a Master of Theology from Southern Seminary.
