Homecoming 2023
Homecoming will feature the fall family festival, tailgate cookout, women’s soccer vs. Marian, and lots of fun for the whole family. Reunion celebrations feature years ending in 3 or 8.
You will not want to miss Homecoming 2023! Online registration ends at midnight on Monday, October 2. If you do not pre-register online, you can register and pay when you arrive.

Gather to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Grace College. Join us in the newly completed History of Grace exhibit at the Winona History Center in memory of former Grace professor, R. Wayne Snider.
6:00 – 7:30 p.m. | John Poch: Poetry Reading & Book Signing
Morgan Library
John Poch is the new Professor of English and Creative Writing at Grace College. He is the author of 7 collections of poems and many other books. Notes on the Poet is his second book of literary criticism. This event is free and open to the public, with cookies and coffee following the reading. Copies of Dr. Poch’s new book Notes on the Poet will be available for purchase and signing. Sponsored by the Department of Humanities. Parking available across the street at the Manahan Orthopedic Capital Center.

Come and visit with fellow seminary alumni and current seminary faculty. A brief presentation will be given by faculty and current students.

8:00 a.m. | Lancer Homecoming 5K (RSVP required)
Miller Athletic Complex | Bernard & Linnie Key Track & Field Complex
Join alumni, students, and the community for a 5K across track, trail, and grass. This event is open to any and all walkers, joggers, and runners but due to the terrain, baby strollers are not encouraged on part of the course. Entry into the race is free—t-shirts provided! Donations to Fellowship Missions homeless shelter in Warsaw are encouraged at sign-up before or after the race.

The Village at Winona, Miller Sunset Pavilion
Come enjoy our Winona Lake community including the Farmer’s Market at the Miller Sunset Pavilion, The Village shops and restaurants, and more! Live music by Grace College Worship Art students will take place at 10:00 a.m. Enjoy complimentary hot chocolate, hot cider, and Grace College giveaways as we celebrate the College’s 75th Birthday! This event is free and open to the public, hot chocolate and cider available to first come first served.

Come to enjoy a fall festival designed for the whole family with food, bounce house (weather permitting), face painting, and more. Lunch is served at noon.

Stay after the tailgate to cheer for our Lancer women’s soccer team as they take on Marian University! At halftime, the homecoming court and Hall of Fame winners will be recognized in addition to honoring the 1973 men’s soccer championship team.

For all who attended or graduated from Grace College & Seminary, enjoy an evening filled with great food and fellowship with former classmates and friends from any class year. We will be honoring those classes with a graduation year ending in 3 or 8.
8:00 p.m. | Symphony of the Lakes “Goin’ Home” Concert (separate ticket required)
Winona Heritage Room (Rodeheaver Auditorium)
Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts Symphony of the Lakes concert will feature Grace Alum of the No Name Quartet, Chloe Park, winner of the 2023 Young Artist Competition, and some symphonic favorites including Dvorak: Symphony No. 9 “From the New World” and Chopin: Allegro vivace from Piano Concerto No. 2. This event is separate from Grace Homecoming events and registration. Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased online at wagonwheelcenter.org
