Austin Lehman serves as Chief Executive Officer for Remodel Health, an HR service used by organizations across the country that provides innovative health benefits solutions to employers and employees alike. As a national thought leader and expert in the health benefits field, Austin brings passion and knowledge to the benefits industry. Austin has started and sold two businesses previously, a CPA firm and an insurance agency. Austin is a CPA by training and got his start working at Ernst & Young.
Since the inception of the Affordable Care Act, Austin has been a leading strategist nationally for faith-based organizations in the area of health insurance leading Remodel Health. Austin went to a Christian college to study to be a pastor. Upon graduating and serving as a short-term missionary in Norway, Austin was called to ministry in business. Remodel Health has allowed Austin to combine kingdom work with financial analysis. Austin is passionate about building the only Kingdom that endures, the Kingdom of God. Austin is husband to Kristina and father to Brayden, Bella & Caleb. Personally, he is passionate about the issue of fatherlessness in our generation.
