At Grace College, the Office of Student Affairs is committed to helping students mature spiritually, emotionally, socially and academically.

The Department of Student Affairs and Academic Services exists to provide quality programs and resources that promote student learning and engagement in personal transformation, healthy community, whole-life worship and intentional service.

Aaron Crabtree

Dean of Students

Aaron oversees the many programs within student affairs, including residence life and student involvement. Aaron's staff works to provide students with meaningful opportunities for leadership, service, and growth in a healthy and safe environment.

Dean of the Chapel and Community Life

Brent works with Chapel, housing, student involvement, and various special projects and situations within student affairs.

Emily oversees RDs, RAs, and GGLs as well as student conduct.

Sina Locke

Executive Assistant for the Dean of Students

Sina is the executive assistant to Aaron Crabtree. She manages the student affairs office and assists students and staff by providing information and answering questions.

Jacqueline Schram

Dean of the Core and Global Initiatives

Jacqueline is responsible for teaching French and overseeing the language program. As coordinator of general education, she works with the Grace Core faculty and oversees the First Year Experience (FYE) at Grace.

Jermaine Chaney

Jermaine Chaney

Special Advisor to the President

Jermaine works closely with the president on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and contributes to the institution's diversity committee.  He also serves Grace students from underrepresented populations, specifically by advising the Black Student Association (BSA).

Geeta Tupps

Director of Global Initiatives

Geeta provides leadership for all the programs related to global initiatives, including Go Encounter, Go Exchange, Go Study, the Cross-Cultural Field Experience and Mosaic.

Director of Health and Counseling

Deb oversees personnel and student services related to both physical and mental health. Deb also teaches in the graduate counseling program.

Kearstin Criswell

Director, Student Involvement

Kearstin oversees Student Involvement, designing co-curricular leadership opportunities and experiences that enhance campus life. Activities, clubs and ministry teams, student government and intramural sports are all organized through student involvement.
