The Department of Student Affairs and Academic Services exists to provide quality programs and resources that promote student learning and engagement in personal transformation, healthy community, whole-life worship and intentional service.

Meet the Staff
Aaron oversees the many programs within student affairs, including residence life and student involvement. Aaron’s staff works to provide students with meaningful opportunities for leadership, service, and growth in a healthy and safe environment.

Sina is the executive assistant to Aaron Crabtree. She manages the student affairs office and assists students and staff by providing information and answering questions.

Dean of the Core and Global Initiatives
Jacqueline is responsible for teaching French and overseeing the language program. As coordinator of general education, she works with the Grace Core faculty and oversees the First Year Experience (FYE) at Grace.

Special Advisor to the President
Jermaine works closely with the president on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and contributes to the institution’s diversity committee. He also serves Grace students from underrepresented populations, specifically by advising the Black Student Association (BSA).
