Drew Flamm, Ph.D.
V.P. for Advancement and Marketing
Dr. Andrew Flamm, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), joined the Grace Office of Advancement in October 2013. He has more than 14 years of leadership and fundraising experience, having worked and led in multiple areas of advancement, including alumni relations, planned giving, annual fund, major gifts, donor research and capital campaigns. He arrived at Grace from Manchester College, where he helped contribute to a $100 million comprehensive campaign. Prior to that, he was director of annual giving at his alma mater, Cedarville University, where he was integral in developing Cedarville’s Major Gifts program and executing multiple capital campaigns. Kelsi Griffith, BS ‘11, MS ‘16
Executive Director of Advancement Operations
Kelsi joined the Advancement team in August 2014. She is a 2011 graduate of Grace College, with a bachelor’s in business administration and counseling and also holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Grace. Prior to joining the Advancement office, Kelsi worked for three years at the Kosciusko County Community Foundation. Kelsi’s role is to oversee the operations of the Advancement team in relation to the database, donor tracking, donor stewardship and legacy giving.

Steve Gerber, MDiv ‘97
Executive Director of Development
A graduate of Grace Theological Seminary, Steve received his Master of Divinity degree in 1997. He joined the Advancement team in March 2016. Before coming to Grace, Steve pastored churches in Roann, Wabash, and Trafalgar, Indiana and most recently in Bloomington, Indiana. Steve recently served as the Executive Director of a small not-for-profit that provides transportation services in Martinsville, Indiana. Steve was employed in development with the Shepherd Foundation in Union Grove, Wisconsin, from 2004 to 2010. He has a rich background in social services, management and not-for-profit leadership. During his time with Shepherds, Steve earned his M.B.A. in July of 2008 from the University of Phoenix. Steve and his wife, Vicki, have two sons—Kyle and Nathan, both Grace alum. Steve and Vicki reside in Winona Lake. Bob Jackson, BS ‘91, MS ‘19
Director of Development
Bob is a 1991 graduate of Grace College, having majored in Communications with a business minor. He joined the Advancement team in September 2014. Before coming to Grace, Bob worked in insurance and owned a catering business. He is responsible for building relationships with alumni and friends of Grace, primarily from Indiana to the west coast. In his spare time, Bob enjoys singing and ministering with the “No Name Quartet.” He resides in Warsaw with his wife, Katie, and four children: Ellie, Joe, Maryking and Ben. Collette Olson, BS ‘90
Collette, a 1990 graduate of Grace College, majored in business administration with a minor in behavioral science and was in the Chamber Singers her junior and senior years. A native of Warsaw IN, Collette is a member of Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church where she served in AWANA Cubbies for over 20 years, and is involved in Women of Grace for Missions Europe Circle, SPLASH children's ministry, and worship choir. She has been an active member of Grace Ladies' Organization (GLO) for 20+ years. In May 2019, she was honored for 25 years of service to Grace where she was hired in 1994 as an admissions counselor for Indiana and soon transitioned to assistant director and then to director in 2000. From 2004-2014, she served as human resources generalist and as payroll coordinator. In September 2014, Collette accepted the opportunity to serve in Grace Alumni Engagement and then transitioned to the advancement office in June 2016 where she serves as advancement assistant and supervises the campus switchboard services. Collette lives in Winona Lake with her husband, Ken, and their daughters, Sophie and Julianne.

Mary Polston (McNally ‘78) joined the Advancement team in 2005. Prior to joining Advancement, she worked in Academic Affairs at Grace for four years. Mary resides in Winona Lake.

Denny Duncan, BS ‘80
Director of Alumni & Community Engagement
Denny is a 1980 graduate of Grace College. Denny previously served the Warsaw School Corporation as a teacher, dean of students, and principal of both Atwood and Jefferson Elementary Schools. Prior to joining the Advancement Team in 2015, Denny served as the Director of Grace Community Education from 2011-2015. Denny loves connecting with alumni and building relationships with the Grace Family. He also serves as the Women’s Golf Coach. He and his wife, Glenda, reside in Winona Lake. Olivia Kmieciak, BS ‘18
Coordinator of Alumni & Community Engagement
Olivia is a 2018 graduate of Grace College with a degree in Event & Facility Management. She joined the Advancement Team in the Alumni Engagement office in 2018. Prior to joining the Advancement team, Olivia worked at the Kosciusko County Community Foundation and for the Global Leadership Network. Olivia resides in Winona Lake.
Audiovisual Technology Director
Kip was part of the 1987 class at Grace College. Kip served for 31 years in the Warsaw Police Department before returning to Grace. He holds vocational certificates from Northwestern University Center for Public Safety in Traffic Engineering and Traffic Accident Reconstruction, as well as from University of North Florida Institute of Police Technology and Management in applied physics. Kip served as Audiovisual Engineer for Grace as an independent contractor from 2007-2017. In 2017 he joined Grace full-time as Audiovisual Technical Director. Kip lives in Warsaw with his wife, Sandi. They have been married for 31 years, have 3 adult children and their spouses, and 1 grandchild.
