Privacy of Student Records (FERPA)
FERPA is a federal law that protects the privacy of student’s educational records. By completing and returning the FERPA release form to the Business Office, students have the opportunity to authorize individuals who may have access to their student account, financial data and registrar’s data. This document is not required for students to complete but is necessary for the Business Office to have on file if a parent or individual wishes to discuss a student’s account and information.
