- Heartline Pregnancy Center: Opportunities to show God’s love through cleaning, receptionist work, and counseling at the local pregnancy center.
- South Bend Center for the Homeless: A traveling team that helps meet the basic needs of homeless people by volunteering at a homeless shelter.
- Grace Village: Nurturing Christ-centered relationships with the elderly at a local retirement home.
- Inner-City Chicago: Two teams go to Chicago throughout the year to encourage and support ministries in the inner city.
o Master’s Academy: A team that builds relationships with students at a small Christian school in downtown Chicago. The team helps students with their schoolwork, writes letters, and encourages the kids to succeed.
o Chicago Impact: This team works with a local church plant by performing random acts of service in surrounding communities.
- Puppet Team: Sharing the Gospel of Christ with children and families through the ministry of puppetry.
- FunFest: A Halloween alternative night held for the community, featuring entertainment for children and their families. FunFest is a practical way for Grace students to show Christ’s love to the community.
- Easter Egg Hunt: A community-wide Easter egg hunt whose goal is to present the Gospel through drama and puppets. A fun day for the family, including prizes and plenty of candy!
- Garage Sale: A community development team that seeks to make connections between churches, Grace students, and the community by hosting a garage sale and other events throughout the year.

Heart of the Holidays: A Christmas outreach that shares the Gospel and provides clothes and food for a needy family in the community.
- Kids Outreach: A mentoring opportunity with elementary-age children, providing positive examples and a safe environment.
- Youth for Christ: This team sponsors a Younglife club at a local middle school. Grace students build relationships and share the Gospel with young teens in the area.
- ESL outreach: The ESL outreach builds bridges with the community by teaching English to Spanish speakers. This team allows students with a passion for Hispanic culture to use their abilities for Christ.
- Quick Response Team: This team serves the community by responding to short-term needs. The team works at various houses, churches, and ministries as they are needed, and also responds to emergencies such as flooding or tornados.
- Pro-Life Team: By working with the Kosciusko Country Right to Life, this team helps raise awareness about the abortion issue in our community. They serve at a variety of pro-life activities.
- Boys’ Home: Building relationships, having Bible studies, and planning special events with adolescent boys.
- Sound Investment: A contemporary worship band made up of Grace students who travel around the nation performing as ambassadors for Christ and Grace College.
- Global Opportunities (GO Teams): Ministry through Grace Brethren International Missions which awakens student’s international awareness to serve God in a global community. Trips are directed by cross-culturally experienced mission leaders. Students travel to many of the international mission points during spring break. For more info, contact gbim@gbim.org.
