The First Baptist Church of Louisville, OH is currently seeking a Godly man to fill the roll of Senior Pastor.

Here are a few criteria that our Search Committee has deemed desirable for this position…

• A family man with school age children.
• He should be a Godly, compassionate man with an education of Bible College or Seminary.
• Should have a good relationship with his wife.
• The wife’s education is not a concern, but she should be active in the church.  If the wife desires to have outside employment or a career, it is not a problem.
• Some experience in church work or on a pastoral staff for 5 to 10 years is preferable.
• He should accept and support our affiliations (OARBC and GARBC, check websites) and also agree and abide by our constitution.
• Must be grounded in the Word of God and be a good preacher.
• Should have visionary leadership to bring our church into the future with new programs and like a shepherd, bring in the lost.
• A caring man with a loving heart toward people who is a good teacher and is able to counsel.
• The youth is the future of any church and he must have a burden for them.
• Discipleship, evangelism and visitation are other areas that should be important to him.

Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is an Independent Baptist Church located in Milford, Ohio.  We are a congregation averaging approximately 50 Sunday worshipers.  This is a strong core group committed to the church and ready for growth.  Our pastor of almost 33 years will be retiring and the end of 2013 and we are in the process of searching for his replacement.

Eastford Baptist Church is over 200 years old. It is an evangelical fundamental church with about 190 attenders. It is an active church with very good children and youth programs. Its annual budget is about $340,000 of which over 25% goes to missionary support. The church has a sanctuary that holds approximately 300 and a separate Family Activity Center with classrooms and a gym. It also has a parsonage.

Eastford is a small rural town in NE Connecticut It is a town of about 1800 people. It is mostly farm land and forest. It has a K-8 elementary school, a bank, a lumberyard, a café, a post office, and a car dealer. The nearest town with a large supermarket is about 15 miles.

Mortons Corners Baptist Church is a Christ-centered, Bible-believing church.  Our goal is proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, discipling new believers, baptizing and serving the Body of Christ.  The church is lead by a senior pastor and currently has two deacons, one deaconess, four trustees, church clerk, treasurer, financial secretary and a Sunday school superintendent.  The only paid position is the lead pastor.

The demographic makeup of our members and attendees is varied due to its rural location.  There are blue collar workers, farmers, self-employed, business owners and various other occupations represented.  The congregation as a whole is a very loving, caring and giving group of Jesus followers who are eager to encourage, assist, “jump in” and help where needed.

The 200 year old church building is nestled in a rural setting in the southeastern corner of Erie County, New York, in the middle of a rich farming area in the township of Concord, only 5 miles west of the village of Springville (10,000 residents).

Responsibilities of the Pastor including preaching a Sunday morning sermon and Wednesday night study and prayer as well as evangelistic outreach and counseling.

Warsaw Faith Bible Church…
We are a small group of 5 families and may not be able to financially support a full time Pastor.  The following are some of the distinctive that have brought us as a group of believers to follow God’s leading and take a step of faith through the church-planting endeavor of Faith Bible Church.

What we believe…
We believe ourselves to be a group of fundamental Christians who are doctrinally sound, and by today’s standards, would be considered to be fairly conservative.  We believe that there are only a few trusted English translations available …including the KJV, NKJV, NASB, and the ESV versions.

Each of us has come together to worship God and to corporately serve Christ in ways that we cannot seem to find in surrounding churches today. We believe that true teaching from the Word of God and not programs, is all that is needed to encourage fellow believers and reach the lost, whether those be young people or maturing adults.

We believe all of our music should be Christ- honoring. We like to sing Hymns from songbooks rather than choruses off of a big screen (not that a screen is wrong; so long as the music is displayed as well as the lyrics). We do not desire the use of “praise & worship” bands.

Our desire is to serve Christ by learning about Him, teaching about Him, praising Him, glorifying Him, and truly sharing His love in our community to point the lost to Him.
