We are watching to see where God is at work in our community, and prayerfully joining Him in His work.  We have 32 acres of land, a softball field, which is used by Legacy Ministry Sports program, with hopes to further expand our presence in the community through sports programs.

Our congregation is anxious to move forward and we realize that our key areas of need are in the areas of Worship and Music & in the development of a Youth Program.  This is a full-time position.

The Community Bible Church of Marietta, PA is wanting to hire a qualified individual for the position of Pastor of Worship & Creative Arts.

Responsibilities Include:

• Give oversight to the worship and musical ministries.
• accomplished by developing, coordinating, and administrating an effective ministry.
• providing leadership to and supervision of volunteers involved in these ministries.
• Provide leadership and direction to the various CBC worship ministries including…
•  worship teams
• choir
• special music
• orchestra
• youth band
• children’s choir
• drama team
• video team
• technology team
• any other creative presentation

Our ideal candidate is a servant leader gifted in the areas of music, leadership, and administration, and seeks to use those gifts to glorify God. Musical skills should include the ability to sing and accompany oneself, as well as the ability to lead a worship team. The candidate should be comfortable with the philosophy of Worship at CBC, and have a heart to help others grow in their love for God.
