Grace College Invites Students to Participate in Indiana Private College Week

This summer, July 22-26, Indiana’s 31 private, non-profit colleges and universities are inviting students, parents, and all others interested to come experience their campuses through tours and informational sessions.  Grace College is one of 31 schools participating in this year’s Independent Colleges of Indiana (ICI) events and will be hosting a visit week in conjunction with ICI.

Grace College has seen a record-breaking  increase in incoming freshman enrollment during the past two years, largely due to the fact that it was one of the first schools in the nation to offer a three-year degree option across all majors.  Grace prepares and equips every student for a successful career by offering degrees in more than 60 areas of study, spanning a variety of fields. Each program is geared toward giving every student a biblical foundation and practical experience. For more information on visiting Grace College, visit the website at www.grace.edu/visit or contact the Admissions Office at 866.974.7223.

ICI campuses encourage and welcome visitors throughout the year, but this year’s Indiana Private College Week offers the opportunity to experience one or more campuses in a less formal way during the summer.  It also allows students who may not have ever considered attending one of Indiana’s independent colleges to begin to explore that option. For a complete list of participating campuses, as well as information about the tour and event schedules at each, visit Private College Week at the Independent Colleges of Indiana website at www.icindiana.org, call 317.236.6090 ext. 224 or email mehamer@icindiana.org.

Independent Colleges of Indiana, Inc. (ICI) is a nonprofit association that represents the state’s 31 private nonprofit colleges and universities. ICI member institutions enroll more than 87,000 students (approximately 20 percent of all students statewide) and annually produce 35 percent of all bachelor’s degrees in Indiana.
