Primary Responsibilities:
To PREACH, TEACH, EVANGELIZE, DISCIPLE, EQUIP and lead as our SHEPHERD.
Experience/Education:
The ideal man will be a seminary graduate, with experience as a Senior or Associate Pastor; and preferably have some secular job experience.
Ahtanum Pioneer Church:
We are a Bible believing, Bible teaching, evangelical church, set in a semi-rural area, seeking a Senior Pastor called by God. The man we seek will provide training and leadership as he shares our vision; to disciple believers and to reach those outside the church for Christ. He will share our desire to reach out through ministries to families, youth, worship and missions.
While our church recognizes the value of our heritage, we also see the need for innovative ways to reach a changing culture, knowing that all we do must be without compromise to the teaching of Scripture.
The ideal man will be personable, caring, and have a heart for the lost. He shall nurture new believers, equip all believers for personal witness and strive at all times to conduct himself in a godly manner
