Lucas Grace Bible Church (a non-denominational, Bible oriented church) is seeking a Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership to the congregation. We have a congregation of about 200 and we have a “blended” worship service.

The Senior Pastor will serve with our Elders and Deacons to oversee the life of the church. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing leadership and building upon the vision of the church; Sunday morning sermons; supervision, encouragement, and direction to volunteer leaders.  With the goal of challenging, comforting and bringing encouragement to the congregation through inspired teaching and personal relationships.

The right candidate will have a passion for Jesus that is contagious, be spirit filled, motivated and yet have a humble servant’s attitude.  Candidate must be an excellent communicator, with strong verbal and writing skills.  Candidate will have the qualifications as found in 1 Tim 3:1-7 and Titus 1:3-9 and reflect the spirit of 2 Timothy 2:24-26
