Milford First Brethren Church is now accepting Resume/Family picture for the position of Senior Pastor.
Our church body consists of 46 families with an average Sunday morning attendance of 60. Milford, Indiana is located 12 miles north of Warsaw, IN. and 20 miles south of Shipshewana, IN.
We are looking for God’s match in the followintg essentials needed:
- Passionate, Practical Biblical Preaching/Teaching
- Strong Leadership/Administration, Organization skills
- Finance Strategy
- Good with congregation maintenance and repair work = People and Behavior Minded.
- Ministry and Evangelistic minded
- Discipleship/Mentor/Training/Equippping/Delegating oriented
- Leadership Development training
Our process includes the following:
- Initial Questionnaire (7 Questions)/ PETS-Pastor ministry ranking form; CD, DVD or online message
- Follow-up application/Profile form (We provide our church doctrinal statement, constitution, profiels of church and community)
- Telephone Interview
- On-site Interview
- Sunday morning Preaching
- Vote (one candidate is considered at a time)
