Grace Independent Baptist Church is seeking a Senior Pastor.  GIBC is located in Crownsville, MD near Annapolis, Fort Meade and the Naval Academy.  Established in 1966, GIBC has reached into the local community most recently with AWANA and VBS programs and reached the world by supporting missionaries and leading mission trips to Ukraine.

The small congregation is looking for a Senior Pastor who will lead us in growing spiritually and numerically as we continue to reach our community and the world. The constitution requires that “The Pastor must be a born-again man who is of exemplary Christian character. Ideally the candidate will be a graduate of a Bible College, four-year college, or Seminary. He must be in harmony with the doctrinal standards of this Church.  The Pastor must be ordained by a recognized church body, and be able to communicate God’s Word clearly. ( I Timothy. 4:12; 1Peter5, Titus 1:7-10, 1 Timothy 3:1-13) No divorced man shall be Pastor of this Church. The man to be considered for the office of Pastor of this Church must have beliefs and teachings which are in accordance with the Articles of Faith. He must declare himself to be Pre-millennial and dispensational in his beliefs and teachings. The Pastor shall practice scriptural giving in supporting the Church.”  The KJV is the translation set forth by our constitution to be preached from the pulpit. Music is traditional.

The compensation package includes a housing allowance since the church does not have a parsonage.
