We are an independent, baptistic church with approximately 90 in regular attendance and minister though Awana, Word of Life and home Bible studies to approximately 100 each week.  We are located in a community of about 4,000 and it is growing moderately and will continue to grow.

Usual full-time duties of the pastor include: preaching/teaching, and administrative/office, overseeing, with the elders, the various ministries of IBC including visitation, counseling, special events like weddings, funerals, and baptism.

$45,000-$50,000 per year which includes salary, housing allowance, and medical coverage.
