Vice President of Advancement
Andrew Flamm, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), joined the Grace Office of Advancement in October 2013. He has more than eight years of leadership and fundraising experience, having worked and led in multiple areas of advancement including alumni relations, planned giving, annual fund, major gifts, donor research, and capital campaigns. He arrived at Grace from Manchester College, where he helped contribute to a $100 million comprehensive campaign. Prior to that, he was director of annual giving at his alma mater Cedarville University, where he was integral in developing Cedarville’s Major Gifts program and executing multiple capital campaigns.
Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Advancement
Jacki began her Grace career in 2012 in the Alumni Services Office. Since then, she has transitioned to the Executive Assistant role, where her many responsibilities include planning donor events, tracking donor information, overseeing student workers, and managing other office affairs. Jacki’s husband, Bill, is Grace’s Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Athletic Director.

Director of Alumni Relations
Tammy is a 1981 graduate of Grace College, with a behavioral sciences major and a biblical studies minor. She also earned her M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Grace in 1988. Tammy helps keep Grace alumni connected to their alma mater by coordinating alumni events around the country, including Homecoming, and all communication to and from alumni. She also oversees the Grace Alumni Advisory Council.

Advancement Assistant – Grace Fund
Heather joined the Office of Advancement team in 2012. She helps coordinate phonathon activities and many of the operations for the Millennial Scholar Academy. In addition, she also helps plan Advancement special events, including student interactions through the Junior-Senior Circuit on Professionalism.

Mary is a 1978 graduate of Grace College, having majored in English with a biblical studies minor. Mary processes gift receipts, provides data management support, and edits department and institutional communication pieces.

Director of Planned Giving
Greg is a graduate of Grace Theological Seminary. Greg specializes in building relationships with people, a skill he uses in the ministry of planned giving. He maintains contact with alumni and friends of Grace who wish to make lifetime contributions to Grace. In addition, he organizes the Inner Circle prayer letter.

Executive Assistant to the President
Nancy is a graduate of Grace College and has been on Grace’s staff since 1975. She has served three Grace presidents — first, as administrative assistant and now executive assistant to the president. In this capacity she provides Dr. Manahan and the Board of Trustees with all administrative, organizational, and clerical support and serves as a critical link to the Office of Advancement.

Director of the Grace Fund
Jon has been a member of the Advancement team since 2001. He oversees phonathons and general solicitations and performs much of the institution’s grant writing and grant management. He is also the director of the Millennial Scholar Academy and the Junior-Senior Circuit on Professionalsim, in addition to serving as Grace's Associate Head Men’s Basketball Coach.
