Jim Swanson

Vice President of Student & Academic Services
Jim oversees all service areas that impact a student's experience at Grace.  For nearly 20 years, he has provided leadership to the student affairs and academic services team as they seek to develop and nurture students both inside and outside of the classroom.

Aaron Crabtree

Dean of Students
Aaron oversees the many programs within Student Affairs, including Residence Life and Student Organizations. Aaron's staff works to provide students with meaningful opportunities for leadership, service, and growth in a healthy and safe environment.

Carlos Téllez

Dean of the Chapel and Global Initiatives
Carlos provides leadership and vision for the chapel experience. He also oversees the Global Initiatives programs which foster intercultural connections on campus and around the world.

Director of Global Initiatives
Kimberly provides leadership for all the programs related to Global Initiatives including, Go Encounter, Go Exchange, Go Study, the Cross-Cultural Field Experience and Mosaic.

Jacqueline Schram

Associate Dean of Student Affairs, Coordinator of General Education
Jacqueline is responsible for teaching French and overseeing the language program.  As Coordinator of General Education she works with the Grace Core faculty and oversees the First Year Experience (FYE) at Grace.

Sina Locke

Executive Assistant for the Vice President of Student Affairs
Sina is the executive assistant to Jim Swanson. She manages the Student Affairs Office and assists students and staff by providing information and answering questions.

Joe Graham

Director of Student Health and Counseling
Dr. Graham is a licensed clinical psychologist. He received his master’s degree from Colorado Christian University and completed his doctoral work at the Adler School of Professional Psychology.

Emily Brenneman

Senior Resident Director for Indiana Hall and Lake Houses
A graduate of Huntington University (BA) and Grace Seminary (MA), Emily supervises Indiana Hall and helps coordinate the Residence Life Program as Senior RD.

Peter is a 2006 graduate of Grace College and earned his MA from Spring Arbor University.  Peter also oversees the leaders of Growth Groups at Grace.

Dan McNamara

Dan graduated from Northland International University with a BA in Church Ministries and received a MA in Exegetical Studies from Grace Seminary. He oversees the Kent, Snider, Lamppost, Orchard Manor, and Delta apartments.

Craig Allebach

Chief of Campus Safety
Craig served as the Warsaw Chief of Police from 1988-1999 and as Captain of the Warsaw Police Department from 1999-2000. He is also an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Grace.
