Volunteer Training Content
Equipping volunteers with skills & information
The objective of this volunteer training is to equip volunteers with the skills and information needed to complete the intermediate certification.
Attendees will receive an overview of tax law topics, an introduction to the quality improvement tools and the tax preparation software. All individuals participating in the VITA/TCE Programs, who answer tax law questions, instruct tax law, prepare or correct tax returns and/or conduct quality reviews of completed tax returns must be certified.
